This is our full featured flagship service. It has been designed to provide you with a virtual accounts department and can be used from anywhere in the world. Use it to run your business. Your records will always be up to date. Your suppliers are happy because payments are properly organised and on time wherever you are or whatever you are doing.

The approach is radically different from our other services. The key features are as follows:

  • We set up a PO Box for you - This becomes the address to which suppliers send invoices and customers send cheques.
  • We set up a dedicated online bank account – this is where you transfer money so that we can pay your suppliers for invoices you have approved for payment. It is also the account to which customers make payments against sales invoices.
  • We scan all purchase invoices for you to review online in the secure client area. You authorise payments and transfer the total amount required by a single transfer to the dedicated bank account.
  • We provide you with detailed reports of the transactions and also management summaries showing all income and expenditure for the month and a balance sheet.
  • We can provide secure storage for all your documents.
  • We attend to VAT returns and can either process your year-end accounts or provide your own accountant with the information to prepare accounts quickly and efficiently.
